Rogaliki (Polish Croissant Cookies) (Polish Dessert)

In a medium bowl, beat egg yolks, philly cheese, and baking powder with a hand mixer. Carefully start adding the flour. When the mixture does not mix well and looks like wood chips, put the mixer away and knead the dough with your hands.
Form into a roll, cover with aluminum foil and freeze for 15 minutes. At this time preheat the oven to 375.
Take out the dough and separate it in two. Roll and cut 3-inch trangles.
Make as many as you can and put a small spoonful of jam in the center of each one. Roll them into a croissant shape.
Place croissants on a greased baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Repeat with the rest of the dough.
When you take them out, set them aside and sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
This makes approximately 3 batches of 20 cookies each.
Total count about 60 cookies.
